Once we receive your referral, we will contact you to arrange an assessment appointment. Due to the high demand for our services, there may be a wait before the assessment, and then again between the assessment and the start of counselling. Counselling sessions last between 50 minutes and an hour and are held at the same time each week.
We provide a hybrid service, by which we mean we offer different ways to access therapy, namely: face-to-face, via the telephone, or online, to help address access issues and reflecting different lifestyles.
