What Community Counselling provides

The service offers an initial assessment and between 10 and 20 counselling sessions which will be up to 45 minutes each. Sessions will be a mix of play and creative therapies as well as talking therapy and will be offered face to face in Scarborough or, if appropriate for older children, we can offer online sessions using Microsoft Teams. We will be offering support to the family as a whole and have partnered with Thrive to offer their innovative app to children and their families as part of our holistic support.
