Counselling for Victims of Crime
This service is commissioned by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire.
Who can access the service?
We work with Supporting Victims to offer counselling/therapy to adult and child victims of the most serious types of crime including sexual and domestic abuse. There is no age limit for this service and the crime does not have to have been reported and can be historical. In engaging with Supporting Victims you are not reporting the crime.
Self referrals can be made by calling the number below or your GP or any statutory or voluntary sector organisation, including IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Service), can make a referral on your behalf.
